  1. If your goal is to make people feel good please don't ask them to use cows milk or soy milk for that matter.
Monkey milk is for baby monkeys
pig milk is for baby pigs and
cows milk is for ….you got the idea .Some facts about milkIn observational studies both across countries and within single
populations, higher dairy intake has been linked to increased risk of
prostate cancer.Observational cohort studies have shown higher dairy intake is linked to higher ovarian cancer riskCow’s milk protein may play a role in triggering type 1 diabetes through a process called molecular mimicryAcross countries, populations that consume more dairy have higher rates of multiple sclerosisIn interventional animal experiments and human studies, dairy
protein has been shown to increase IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1)
levels. Increased levels of IGF-1 has now been implicated in several
cancers[5]. In interventional animal experiments[6] and human experiments[7],
dairy protein has been shown to promote increased cholesterol levels
(in the human studies and animal studies) and atherosclerosis (in the
animal studies). soy milk that's even worse. (research whatever + truth or dangers or you will get a bunch of propaganda from the big corporations.Stay healthy. Peace 🙂

  2. i grew up eating quinoa. i live in the USA since 2001 and i always prepare my breakfast with quinoa to start my day in the work place and then college. KEEPS ME FULL. cook on the weekends and keep in container for 5 days. cold or hot with milk with green apple the best….
Prepare for the kids but do not tell them yet; it is the secret of the INKA. they will discover for themselves like i did with my 7 siblins, none of us knew until one day someone asked my older sister: what is it? she said it is QUINOA and thus we learn another new word. I miss quinoa with my soup and begies..

  3.  hola I am peruvian. i eat it all the time with my breakfast. We prepare it by mixing with oatmeal, boil it together for 10 to 15 min, ad some cinnamon and cloves and brawn sugar. alalala it is ready and enjoy with some pancakes or cancha (toasted corn peruvian style).  and stay healthy and strong like me. tnx God

  4. I just tried this. Had my son and myself take a taste. It is lunch time for us so we are just tasting this one. With the extra Quinoa I had left over from the pizza bites we made. We both like it. I think this no wheat kick I am on with him just might work.
