  1. Thought I'd try and speed up he recipe, since I'm an impatient kinda guy. Ground up the dry quinoa in my coffee grinder (1/2 cup at a time for 10 seconds each seemed to do the trick) then added 1 1/4 cups water instead of 1 cup and baked as per your recipe. Result? Success! Whole thing done in under 30 minutes, and no blender to clean up!

  2. Great job Savy! Just to give you some advice as a strategy consultant – if you want to build your channel, think about posting great reviews from people who have tried your recommendations, posting more recipe videos, and producing more free content – have a look at a guy name Gary Vaynerchuck – he is incredible at giving insight on how to market, and he said when you start out you absolutely need to give a lot of value up front for free, hook people in, and then after a while you can charge. I understand though that you need to make money since this is your job, so i wuold suggest you at least do 50% discounts on your books, and that will at least get more people to buy, which will lend to more reviews you can showcase on your insta etc and the cycle continues

  3. I'm so excited about this recipe! I like bread but haven't eaten it because Dr Greger talks about how intact grains are better for our gut flora, and regular bread is too difficult to make. Bring out the vegemite

  4. how much lemon juice did you use and do you let it soak with the quinoa over night? This looks amazing!! I've been looking for a bread like this! You had me at "two ingredient."
