  1. I made this today and it was AMAZING and so filling too! I didn't make the salad dressing you did and used balsamic vinaigrette instead and it was delicious, but I will try your dressing next time. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe because for a new vegan like me, it's great to have a good recipe that i can enjoy and it's really easy and fast!

  2. i find green, yellow and red "peppers" or capsicums as we call it where i live, have different flavours, strange i know, greens more bitter where as red and yellow seem more "sweet"

  3. I made the salad again and it was just as good this time. However, on my second attempt, we had no oranges so I used juice from a tangerine… Do not recommend. Not sure why, but it tasted totally nasty. But I also noticed, I really like adding a little more orange juice to the recipe than it calls for. I'm just experimenting. I totally love this dish. πŸ™‚

  4. I'm not sure if this has been asked before but can you tell me of a good cruelty free laundry detergent? p.s. a video about substitutes for things like Windex, Clorox bleach and most household cleaning products would be very helpful πŸ™‚

  5. I made this yesterday and it was totally awesome! I love that the dressing is sweet, sour, and salty without being like overwhelmingly flavorful. I had it for dinner last night and breakfast and lunch today. It's gone now so I have to make some more! Haha
I also added some sautΓ©ed sweet corn which was great. Awesome recipe! πŸ™‚
