  3. This salad is awesome! I am going to start making it on weekly basis. I also added some hemp hearts to it for extra protein and other nutrients. You couldn't tell that the hemp hearts were in there because they are so similar in texture and look to quinoa. Thank you so much for the recipe.

  4. okay, serious problem, I just made the salad and ate it with a friend. Thing is that I didn't read it was meant for 4-5 servings 😀 And then I wonder why I feel like  my tummy is gonna explode 😀 I have no regrets though, it was simply amazing <3 Thank you so much, next time I'm gonna be a little more thorough with reading the description 🙂

  5. awe yeah, capers are such an amazing ingredient in my world of bananas and rice.  I don't buy them often but they never last when I do. Using quinoa to replace bread in panzanella is such a groovy idea.

  11. This looks amazing, will definitely try this out for a party that's coming up! Do you think it would work with couscous as well? Quinoa is a bit on the expensive side for a student budget.
