  1. first I purchased a similar skillet. I knew it was arriving today so stopped to buy the ingredients, came home and made it. It was so fast and simple and good. I plan on making it for company. keep up the good recipes

  2. Science fact: If you don't drink or are too young, you cant still use wine. Why? Because once it boils, the alcohol evaporates, leaving only the flavor of the wine in it. Perfectly safe for people of all ages, and pregnant women as well, as long as it boils.

    Also, I would replace the butter with Olive Oil, which is a much better/healthier alternative.

  3. Made this the other day and my family loved it. I added red, yellow, and green bell peppers to this recipe, and I kid you not it tasted just like Olive Garden's Chicken Scampi minus the chicken and the addition of shrimp!!!!
