  1. Quinoa is called quinoa (kin-wah), its latin american, not too sure if you get it in India, either high end grocery stores or where foreigners usually go for their grocery.

  2. Super like. I have gone gluten-free for about 2 weeks now and still getting hang of it. This will come very handy.

An idea, quinoa is suggested to cook in water. What I have done over the period of time, I collect all vegetable stubs and stuff that we trash in the freezer. When I have about a pound or more, I make vegetable broth of it and use this one to cook quinoa. This way, you don't waste any part of your vegetables and get some more extra nutrients.

    More quinoa recipes are welcome.

  3. Hello Bhavan, This is great salad, thanks for sharing it. You have very beautiful long hair, if you don't mind please share your hair care route, shampoo/ conditioner and any like of supplement

  4. Hi Bhavna, I love your recipes and all the yummy flavors and tips!

I was wondering if you have any recipes good for people who are fasting navratri and diwali. This is the first year I have thought about fasting and was wondering if you had some good ideas and recipes that I could try out.

  5. I hear quinoa is very nutritious 🙂 I ate it once and fell in love with it. I wish I can grow it 🙁 but your dish looks phenomenal !!!

You and your family is blessed to have such delicious homemade meals prepared by you 🙂

  6. Beautiful ! Looks so yummy and fresh. I also keep cooked chick peas and other cooked beans in my freezer, as I try not using so many canned foods. The lining of the cans,(and it is there even if you can't see it), is very bad for us. I bet this mixture of yours' would be delicious as a stuffing for other veggies, like zucchini, eggplant, or bell peppers. Thanks Ms. Bhavna.
