  1. Chef Buck, love your down-to-earth cooking lessons. The only other chef I know that teaches this way is Emeril. And, as he says, "This ain't rocket science, ya know. All ya gotta do it make it taste good." Thanks.

  2. I discovered your videos and your channel today and I was very impressed with your recipes. I got many great ideas from you. They are wonderful and I'll try them for sure. And at the same time I was entertained by your performance , you are very funny and I laughed a lot. Thank you Buck! You made my day…

  3. I really enjoyed your video ( as well as your recipe)…was pleasantly surprised to hear a "bell" ring when flavor punch was mentioned and just laughed my head off…Love your tone of voice also…would totally date chefbuck ( ding ding) xx

  4. Depending on where/brand you buy, you must remember to wash quinoa thoroughly. It has a bitter coating that doesn't taste so good (you may have mentioned this already). I just cooked some red quinoa (Ancient Harvest) which is absolutely delicious – put green onion, parsley, jalapeno, lemon zest and juice, cabbage salad mix (w/cilantro) and tomatoes out of my garden. My red quinoa cooked up perfectly in my rice cooker. I could live on quinoa – so healthy, delicious and versatile. Thank you for all your quinoa recipes, Buck!

  5. I tried quinoa by itself 6 months ago and it tastes like absolute C R A P!!!

I still have a box left in the pantry so I will surely try this recipe. Thanks.

  6. Hi!, I'm new subscriber too. I'm a peruvian and my friends from the part of the Andes were eating quinua all their lives . I'm from Lima , so we have different types of food. Did you try the Maca? , that's also a great product. Thanks to you and the TLC , I can finally try Quinua. It was delicious. BTW, I really love your accent!.
pd.: Sorry for my bad english .

  7. Recently I've been putting on weight and wanted to try out a healthy diet. After tons of research, I found MEC pure clay cookware; to be healthy and free from metal and chemicals (does not react with food). I can cook without using any fats or oil in these pots, and the food still tastes great.  The far-infrared heat cooking my food is one of the reasons it tastes so great.  They’re made from pure-clay and better than my expensive stainless steel.

  8. I enjoyed this video. I've recently committed myself to eating healthy and everyone was saying how great quinoa is. So I went and bought some…and had absolutely NO idea what to do with it. Thank you so much, I'll be watching!!!
