  2. I'm sad that they all have milk in them. Like the goat cheese and the Greek yogurt. By any chance, is there any substitute for them, and/or do you really need to use it? I'm allergic to dairy. But I am excited to use the third one since you said the goat cheese was optional!

  4. I'm eating the chicken salad recipe with what I happen to have on hand. Yum, never thought I'd like chicken salad. But the greek yogurt, lemon and pink lady apples make it so good.   6. I will be making them this weekend. Mom wants to try them. She likes when I make Katie recipes! I will use brown rice and black beans as a substitute for the quinoa and lentil. Mix greens and spinach from my greens!
