Have the most delicious Easter yet with these 25 Gluten Free Easter Dishes!
There is a picky eater in every crowd.
When I was growing up, my cousin took care of being the difficult one during the holidays.
I could hide my vegetables in my napkin, and no one would notice because everyone’s focus was on her.
I can remember a span of several years where, despite my Grandmother’s epic southern cooking, the only thing that she would eat was Wonder Bread with ketchup on it.
Though she grew up to be a perfectly normal and beautiful adult, I still have a hard time getting my head around that one.
These days, I kind of miss the ketchup bread at the holiday dinner table.
Because then everyone would be less focused on all the dishes that I pass by.
With all the jokes going around about those of us who decide to eat gluten-free, there are times when it makes me self-conscious.
I’ve tested adding gluten back to my diet enough to know that I am better off without it.
Still…I hate to be the difficult one in the crowd.
The easy solution is to plan a menu around gluten-free dishes that the whole crowd will love.
Today, I’ve got 25 Gluten Free Easter Dishes, that will take the focus off the member of the family that eats gluten free and put it back on the delicious food. No ketchup bread required.
