  3. Hey great recipe! Love the idea of making it and storing in the fridge for a couple of days. Is there any kind of meat, chicken or fish you could add to this? Just for extra protein. I am a natural bodybuilder.

  4. I do the same style of salad with garbanzo bean and lentils, I swap the vinegar for olive oil and half lemon juice. I also put some onion, tomato and cucumber. For the summer it's the best. I'll try it now with quinoa so I have another option to eat salad all week. Thanks.
