  1. just for those who may attempt this,,, put the pizza crust back in and just let the cheese melt/toppings cook to desire. do NOT put the pizza back in until it comes to a 'boil',,, the buff dudes read the recipe for the voice over. the 'boil, then let sit for 30 minutes' part refers to the tomato sauce, not the pizza.

  4. As a pizza lover, this is the first alternative to traditional pizza crust that I loved. the cauliflower recipe just wasn't good enough to try more than once. This, however, gives cracker thin crust that taste like a regular thin crust pizza. Thanks for the recipe!
