  1. OMG, I'm sitting here laughing at all the comments stating "so healthy". That was easily 800-900 calories of olive oil alone she drowned the salad with, not to mention the avocados. Those are around 350 calories a piece. If you think you're getting a recipe for a healthy salad, what you're actually getting is a mighty push towards diabetes and obesity.

  2. Is salt actually needed for this recipe? or any recipe? I have actually never purchased or used salt on anything before. (though i'm sure lots of foods already have salt in them) and i have been looking up new recipes lately and it seems everything calls for salt. Should i buy salt and try it, or is it necessary in food?

I tried this salad and i swear it was the most delicious salad I've ever had, but I don't understand why the restaurant she was talking about called it a tabbouleh because other than the mint ( depending on how you make it ) there aren't any of the same ingredients. P.S: I'm middle eastern so i know my tabbouleh
